โข We are driven by passion to the aspects of; a) exploring mountains through Hiking, a) Yoga: go deep in meditation by first performing asnas/yoga postures/physical exercises, breathing exercises (one part of pranayama) followed by chants), b) Volunteering: community service at old age homes or disable people or assisting refugees, c) Being Vegan
โข We aim to conduct the activities together in a smaller group (not more than 15 individuals) and hope to develop a positive spirit and bond amongst the members
๐๐ค๐ฌ ๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฉ?
โข This concept was first started in several stages;
โข Yoga + Meditation: In early 2019 and thereafter, several yoga workshops were conducted in Englisher Garten (yoga postures/physical exercises/Asnas + breathing exercises + meditation); Full moon meditation for 1 hour were conducted at private location whereby several members performed breathing exercises and meditated together; these events were posted on Facebook as well as on Internations; In total, more than 30 activities were conducted for the year 2019
โข Hiking: We started organizing Hikes since Feb 2019 on Hiking buddies; We also shared some of our passions and individuals started participating in some Yoga events; These events were posted on Hiking buddies. In 2019, 8 hikes were organized including the last hike that was called as Yiking (Yoga + meditation + Hiking)
โข Volunteering: We are organizing volunteering activity (once a month on Sunday) at St. Josefs Alten Heim and MFZ Vorderzentrum since 2017; Before that in 2015, during months of Late June until November, every Saturday, we supported Diakonia whereby volunteers participated enthusiastically and assisted refugees with their needs; all these events were posted on Internations
โข Vegan: Since 2019, some of our members turned Vegan; Some of the members have been Indian Vegetarian (Vegan + Milk products) throughout their life; we have conducted several events at private location whereby we cook and eat vegan food and play board games together; these events have not been posted on any public forum and are conducted on concept of โstrictly by invitation onlyโ.

โข We aim to โbring the smile back to peopleโs livesโ by reducing/removing stress through unconditional love/care, unconditional service and unconditional respect for fellow human beings
โข We hope to bring together individuals who are also passionate about several of these elements (at least 2-3) and not necessarily all of them (Meditation, Yoga, Volunteering, Vegan, Hiking) and are looking for a forum to also touch human lives and want to contribute to โbring smile back to peopleโsโ through these elements

โข All these elements that we are passionate about are also mentioned in Yoga Sutras of Maharishi Patanjali; Maharishi Patanjali highlights that following of certain principles can bring ever-new joy, unlimited peace, and love that we all are craving for in this world
โข Each element that we are passionate about brings a certain positive change within oneself or our inner being; this positive change will be very personal and cannot be generalize; we all are raised in a very different environment and our inner being is different from one another that makes us quite unique; hence, the experience of positive change will also be unique or at times also similar; there are several studies that talk about positive changes on a person that follows Yoga, Meditation, Being Vegan, Hiking that can be search online or a book on Yoga sutras by Maharishi Patanjali can be further read
โข Moreover, if you practice some of the elements regularly, the individuals also bring about positive change in the lives of those with whom he/she is interacting with.

โข Several studies (that can be searched online) highlight benefits of group activity on Yoga, Meditation and so on; if you recollect the formula which you have learned in school (a+b)2, doing things in a group increases the positivity/energy levels significantly (a2+2ab+b2) more than the individual effort (i.e. perhaps just a2 or b2), hence we conduct the activity in group of 10-15 individuals
