· Ayurveda is the “Science of Life”. Ayu (means life) and Veda (means Science). Thus ayurvedic principles can be adopted to understand and tackle any issues regarding life. · Ayurveda focus on root cause management of any disease and hence helps to avoid recurrence of the same.

· Our body is made up of panchamahabutas [five elements] – air, earth, water, fire and space, these elements combine to form the tridoshas – Vata, Pitta and kapha. Perfect balance of tridoshas ensures health, imbalance in Tridosha leads to diseases.These imbalances are understood through ayurvedic diagnostic tools and can be corrected with diet & lifestyle modifications, medicines and therapies.
