Immediate implant. Narrow space. Thoughtful protocol. 🦷✨

In this case by .abbasfadhel, a 3.5 mm diameter Medentika QUATTROCONE implant was placed immediately after extraction of the upper lateral incisor. The narrow diameter offered a precise solution for the limited space in the anterior region.

Primary stability reached 25 Ncm insertion torque, providing initial stability but not sufficient for immediate loading. A conventional healing protocol was therefore chosen to ensure predictable osseointegration.

After four months of healing, the final restoration was completed using a hybrid abutment with a 0.5 mm gingival height Ti-base and a cement-retained zirconia crown, achieving a natural and esthetic result in the smile zone.

A case that highlights careful clinical decision-making and reliable prosthetic solutions—from extraction to final crown.
