☀️ Summer vibes at Medentika!

We recently came together for our summer fest at the production site in Calw. Alongside great conversations and a relaxed atmosphere, there was delicious food from the grill, a sweet dessert buffet, and well-deserved recognitions for long-time employees.

It was a great opportunity to spend time across departments, take a break from the daily routine, and enjoy the summer together. 🌿

Medentika Employee Onboarding at MedentiTEC🛠️

At our Training & Education Center in Calw, new employees recently took part in a multi-day onboarding program designed to deepen their understanding of our products, values and technologies.

The agenda included in-depth lectures on the Medentika® implant systems and prosthetic solutions 💡, practical hands-on sessions , a guided tour through the production site 🏭 and a look inside our new building.

A relaxed outdoor networking event created space for informal conversations, shared experiences and connection beyond departments.
