Something I got back into last two months. Those with meniscus issues, thought I'd try barefoot. What a difference!
Not knee, back or other issues and j was one of the people who thought this was a fad! That'll teach me.
I use to run at University, but stopped thereafter. Missed it so now back.
Still not the fastest, and only still coving 5km, but things are changing.
There is nothing like being in the ity for a run and everyone is still tucked in bed. Great energy, just for me.
