Core Strengthening After Birth - for Mamas - babies welcome! [English]
From April on Marta invites all interested mums to join her Core Strenghtening postpartum course at Wild Cat. The course is aimed at women who gave birth in the last months (or years), who would like to slowly, safely (re)build their core connection. Don’t hesitate to join also if you gave birth 10 years ago, and you still don’t feel connected to your core!
We will focus on basic core rebuilding, but also do exercises aimed to support recovery from issues such as leakin or prolapse. Through understanding how your core works you will be able to get rid of the issues, improve them or at least understand where they might be coming from and how to not make it worse.
We will be building core strength slowly & step-by-step, and focus on breathing, relaxing and strenghtening exercises. The course is based on the newest science and, and will be adjusted to each woman, according to individual needs. We invite mamas alone or with babies that don’t crawl yet, so they don’t escape while we exercise 😉.
The course will last for 1 month with a possibility to continue for another month if you’re interested in progressing, and continuing exercising together.
The course will take place on Wednesdays at 11:00-12:00 and will have a flexible program to allow us to take care of our babies in a relaxed way during the classes. Thanks to that you can breastfeed, change diapers or hang out with your little ones without the stress that you’re missing majority of the class.
Registrations are already open. Please note that this course will be taught in English. Possible German translation here and there.
Course will be led by Marta Witecka, a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, with the certificate from Sarah Duvall DPT, CPT (USA), and a newly baked mum of 3-months-old Charly.
