Meet our March Alumni Talk Speaker: Dagmar Kleemann
VPOGX 2008 in Halle, NST OGX 2009 and AIESEC Trainer for 6 years.
Her passions in learning, teaching and self-development set her up on the path to start her own company http://kleemann-ttc.de/ in 2012 followed by the http://realisierer-gmbh.de/ in 2019.
She specialized in transactional analysis for her work in coaching, supervision and organizational development. As her major in studying was geography next to geology and pedology, she still loves nature and implements that in to her trainings and other sessions. In 2016 she got herself her own garden, a 520 m2 paradise of abundance and a nutshell of climate action.
Her delegates in her own workshops and further educations that she is delivering on transactional analysis get a taste of how to life and work sustainable every single time.
During her Alumni Talk on March 21st she will share her love for gardening, the woods she lives next to, the food she is producing and how to implement climate action on a small scale to have a big impact. As she is aware and it´s always part of all her trainings, the only person you can change is yourself and the only habits you can overcome are your own. Become a role model to others and stop talking to start planning.
