Amazingly we have reached our 3-year anniversary providing medical care in Dunkerque,
A huge thank you to everyone who has been with us through all seasons for your time and effort- couldn’t have done it without you.
But we have something more to ask!
We are treating more people than ever but that means our costs are rising too — more supplies, diagnostics, and care needed every day. So we’re launching our fundraising campaign.
This summer, we’ve seen a 30% increase in patient numbers — including a rise in pediatric cases.

Tough News – Our Vehicle Broke Down and We Need Your Help!
While we’re still waiting for the results of the general inspection of the van, it’s now clear: our car is now beyond repair.
For our work, being without a vehicle is a serious challenge – we rely on it every day to reach the people we support.
We’re now urgently looking for a new car with a modest budget of around 5,000€.

Auf ein Gespräch über : Zum Tag der Demokratie konnten nicht alle der Einladung von Antje Grotheer Präsidentin der Bremischen Bürgerschaft folgen.

Die junge Ärztin Esther Schwarz meldete sich per Mail aus ihrem ehrenamtlichen Einsatz für die NGO No Border Medics. In versorgte sie Geflüchtete medizinisch nahe einem Camp. Die Präsidentin hat sie daraufhin zum Gespräch nach ihrer Rückkehr eingeladen, um mehr über die Situation der Geflüchteten vor Ort zu erfahren. In dem Gespräch ging es um die Wohn- und Sanitärsituation in Dunkirk und die persönlichen Erfahrungen und Ansichten zu Demokratie von Esther Schwarz.

2 years on the ground in Dunkerque

At No Border Medics, we believe in the fundamental right to healthcare for all. Since September 2022, our small, donation-funded NGO has been on the ground in Dunkerque, northern France, providing vital medical aid to refugees who have been denied basic necessities by the state.

Using simple but effective means, our dedicated team offers care for wounds, treatment for common illnesses such as colds and flu, as well as managing conditions like scabies and orthopedic issues. We are a temporary but essential lifeline, stepping in where EU member states have failed to meet their obligations.

In the face of growing hostility towards people on the move, our work is more crucial than ever. Your support helps us continue to provide this vital service, ensuring that those fleeing war, persecution, and poverty are met with care and compassion.
