March is here and every new month is a tiny new start. ✨
Have you set yourself new goals for the month?
Are you clear about what your main objective is at the moment? Do you know what you want to have achieved by the end of today?
We summarized a few tips for setting goals the right way:
(1) Write a to-do list, e.g. the evening before
(2) Set S-M-A-R-T goals. Goals should be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time bound. It should be realistic as well as well-defined. Don't begin with outsized desires.
(3) Reflect what's hiding you at the moment to achieve the goal and take it step by step.
(4) Remember: Nothing changes if isn't challenged. Sometimes you have to leave your comfort zone.

Are you still having difficulty getting involved in meditation?
Before you start: stretch yourself. The muscles are loosened and you sit more relaxed. For example, try the sun salutation, which stretches the whole body. Or just do what you feel comfortable with.😊
Another helpful tip is to find a fixed place in your home to meditate. If you always meditate in the same place, the habit will be established more quickly.

MINDFUL EATING.💛🍎

Do you sometimes catch yourself eating something quickly when you're busy without thinking about it? Most of the time it doesn't fill you up at all. In the end, you eat much more than you are actually hungry.
Mindful eating can help you to slow down and appreciate your food – and it’s much better for your digestive system!
TV, PC and cell phone are a no-go while eating. That is the top priority in Mindful Eating. Turn off the devices and put your cell phone far away. If you devote yourself to other things besides eating, you will not perceive your meal properly. Set a goal to start each meal with a mindful bite. Every additional one is a win, and with practice, you won't want to gorge and rush at all.

How often do we listen to music passively? We know, it's easy to get lost in your thoughts, and you stop paying attention to what you’re actually hearing.
Mindful listening can be done anywhere, at any time.
Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes. Start to listen to each track actively rather than passively. How does it make you feel?
You could also find a new meditation soundtrack and listen to that.

Why you still should go for a walk during the winter months? 👇

Getting active outside, especially during winter months, can fight weight gain and depression that comes from spending too much time indoors. Getting outside gives your body a break from indoor air, while boosting your immunity in other ways.
Important to know is, that you cannot actually get sick from spending time in the cold. You may get a runny nose, but that is just the body’s way of getting rid of bacteria. So, as long as you bundle up and stay safe, being in the cold can actually be more beneficial than staying inside.
If you don't have the chance to walk in the quiet forest and calming nature, try listen to a podcast or even a meditation during your walk.
