When contact is effortless, authentic relationship arises by itself and you can feel the interconnectedness of each present moment. Learn to move with less effort – opening space for deeply relevant content and expression, with the possibility to simply witness and let it unfold, while being moved by it – even when the visible motion has already ended.

Ich freue mich bereits sehr auf unserem zweiten Durchgang des MTT's, welches Ende Januar 2025 startet.☺️
Über 10 Monate werden wir gemeinsam die Kernbereiche einer nachhaltigen Bewegungspraxis erforschen und an deiner Bewegungsqualität arbeiten.
_

Das Movement Teacher Training hat das Ziel die qualitative Bewegungspraxis der Teilnehmenden zu vertiefen und neue Movement- Lehrer*innen auszubilden, die die Movement Practice mehr Menschen zugänglich machen. Wenn Du deine Praxis vertiefen willst und Lust hast dich über fast ein Jahr intensiv mit dir und deinem Körper auseinanderzusetzen, sowie Wissen zu erlangen, was Du in diesem Format nirgendwo anders zusammengeführt bekommst - dann starte doch 2025 bei uns im nächsten Ausbildungs-Durchgang!

Words can hardly capture what I feel when I look at this picture. Gratitude is certainly one of those feelings—not only for the trust that Jo, Emma, Leon, Roos, Tiina, Matthias, and Ina placed in us by dedicating a year of their lives, energy, and emotions to our .de Teacher Training program, but also for the incredible learnings I experienced as a teacher and as a person throughout the year.

For me, it was a year filled to the brim with purpose—marked by beautiful moments where I witnessed the transformation in both the movement quality and the essence of our participants. It was also a personal rollercoaster, during which I rediscovered my own limitations and broke through some barriers.

The Movement Teacher Training 2023-2024 not only transformed our participants and graduates, but it also changed us as teachers. I can truly say that I am already looking forward to the next MTT 300hrs, which will begin in January 2025.

Thank you for this year and the experience, my newly certified Movement Teachers: OSS Sensei. To each and every one of you.
