A love story in a cheese cutter!

I came to believe that “LOVE” resides in the details, it lurks waiting to be seen, to be noticed and remembered with a deep sense of recreating those moments again, even though it seemed at that time a detail that didn’t even matter…
Realizing that creating Love is so simple only if we are present, and yet seems so difficult for many to stay present in moments that most need our attention!
Love is in the appreciation of those details with the loving connection that it’s holding.
Baba gave this cheese cutter when I left the house to start up a new life!
Baba as a famous cheese Lover 💓 got this “cheese cutter” from one the countries he travelled to during his business trips, he enjoyed all types of cheese and made whoever who was around him taste whatever new combination he created!
Simple pleasure and joy he found in cheese, and much love was brought to everybody’s plate!
With much love & light I share this memory with you, as I continue to spread this energy in the simplest ways…. through a cheese cutter!

Why Yoga?

Beyond Muscles: Yoga strengthens your body while creating a bridge to Mental Clarity
- Presence over Performance: In yoga, the journey IS the destination
- Integration not Isolation: We will work with the whole self, not isolated body parts
- Breath Connection: Your breath becomes both, Tool and Teacher

My biggest yoga revelation? The awareness I develop on the mat expands into every area of my journey, helps me snap out of the Auto-pilot mode to be an active decision maker of what I want to create in my journey!

My yoga journey began 8 years ago during lunch breaks at work just to feel more relaxed and flexible, then it started to take up space throughout my day because I was so drawn to it!
During the pandemic, and in the process of integration in a new country as a mother of 3 kids! I got more drawn to yoga to help me through all types of changes that were going around me! I was searching for more than just physical exercise—I needed something to quiet my “Monkey Mind” and bring stability to my core among all this. Mother Nature reminded me that we are more than just a physical body, and we can have part in our own journey.
The transformation that yoga brought to my journey was drastic and magical!
Joyogini was born from a simple belief: yoga isn’t just for the flexible, the experienced, or about being “perfect”. It’s for YOU—exactly as you are in this present moment no matter how chaotic life could be.
Through Joyogini, I hope to create a community where we can bring stillness to our thoughts and explore the true essence of yoga: the Union of Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Losing my father changed me profoundly. Stage 5: Evolution teaches us we don’t ‘go back to normal.’ We integrate grief and become new.
In Mountain Pose (Tadasana), I feel both grounded and transformed. My foundation is strong, but I’ve grown. I carry love and loss together, holding joy and sadness in one breath. This pose embodies strength, dignity, and resilience.

Practice Mountain Pose:
Stand tall, feet hip-width or together.
Ground through feet. Engage thighs, lift kneecaps.
Lengthen spine, navel gently in.
Shoulders back/down, chest open. Arms hang, palms forward, or hands in Anjali Mudra.
Soft gaze forward, or close eyes and feel strength.
My father’s legacy lives on in every present moment. He taught kindness and finding joy in simplicity. This is how I honor him. Evolution means embracing what is. My practice, teaching, and I have evolved. That’s perfect. 🧘🏻‍♀️
