There are countless ways to use the RoxProX system by ...

In this sequence, we use it to make stability & agility training more fun:

The light signals up-regulate peripheral awareness, which is a key component in visual competency.
Upon recognizing the light, the brain has to interpret the signal (where is it & what is it) and then has to create the assigned reaction (= movement).

⚠️True agility training means the athlete does not know what's coming. Going through a statically prepared course which the athlete can see in advance (for example with an "agility" ladder) is not a true agility training.

➡️ This system makes sure the athlete truly has to make a quick decision on the fly. This also trains & enhances stability, which is mostly reflexive in nature.

IF DONE CORRECTLY, STRENGTH TRAINING ONLY HAS BENEFITS!💪🏻🧠

💡The one constant force that is acting on us every second of our lives is gravity.

💡The one thing our brain is concerned with is survival.

➡️ Survival is achieved by being able to move through the world & being able to interact with it.

☝🏻 Muscles are the necessary tool to achieve all of that: staying upright against gravity & moving around acting on the world.

➡️ In order to keep functioning, we need our muscles to stay strong and intact. They are a "use it or lose it" organ! Therefore, strength training is vital for everyone, in order to keep & build muscle mass!

☝🏻 This is not about opinion, what's fun or it being a hobby! Strength training is as necessary as eating, drinking or sleeping. It's not optional, if you want to live an independent & healthy life.

✅️ The great "side-effects":

You get stronger, look better, feel better!

💡Sadly, there are still a lot of myths surrounding strength training / training with weights.
Please don't be afraid of any "bad" things that might happen. There are none!!

⚠️ As with everything, you have to know what you're doing! If something doesn't feel good or if people get hurt by / during strength training, it's because either their body / nervous system couldn't handle it or the ex*****on was incorrect! It's never the exercise or the equipment that's hurting people - it's the people themselves.

☝🏻 Find someone competent who can teach you about not only the right way to do the training but also about their own body & what they need individually to profit from this training!

THE AWARDS FOR 24/25 ARE IN! 🏆

🏆 2025 Athlete of the Year: JOHANNA

Johanna was by far the most successful athlete this season. She was the only one with 1500 points or more & an average rating over 80. 👏🏻
Also very notable: she was 1 of 2 athletes who were always on time, never forgot her equipment & was always concentrated.👌🏻

Message: Stay focused & don't get cocky.😉

🏅 2025 Most Improved Athlete: JON

The biggest performance jump came from Jon. He had difficulties at the start of the season in terms of balance & coordination. Not only did he improve very much in those areas over time, but he also got a lot stronger and regularly finished in the high 70s. 👏🏻

Message: Believe in yourself! 😉

🏅 Best individual performance: GUNNAR

Gunnar was the only athlete who achieved a perfect score of 100.
He was also always among the most successful athletes. 👏🏻

Message: Great skills! A bit more focus though.😉

🏅 Best group: MONTAG

Very strong group with talented athletes & great focus (well, mostly...)! 👏🏻

All in all, it was a great season & great work by all athletes - congratulations to all of you!👏🏻
I personally enjoyed the trainings very much and I hope all of you did, too!🙂
