I’m so happy to share that I’ll be joining Evolve Festival this summer as part of the beautiful community gathering at Helenesee.

From the heart of True Yoga, I’ll be bringing practices that are warm, grounded, and easy to connect with — tools for the body, mind, and spirit that anyone can follow.

My aim is simple: to help you feel more at home in yourself and more connected with the world around you.

🌀 I’ll be guiding: Breath and Stillness on Saturday and intro to Ta**ra yoga on Sunday mornings and maybe some friendly singing mantra circles..

Evolve is more than a festival — it’s a space for transformation, creativity, connection, and conscious celebration. A place where strangers become friends and the self meets nature.
