Eran, Anat, and Nishan have created a space at Gaia House where you can truly let go. Although we initially stumbled over the simple facilities and the early morning schedule, the sheer warmth of the hospitality made up for everything. The love that fills this house—especially in the food and the way people treat one another—is truly infectious. I have rarely experienced a group opening up so quickly. Thanks to Bea’s empathetic and insightful yoga, I was able to release blockages I didn't even know existed. The blend of an international crowd and such familial care makes this place feel magical. If you are looking for healing, peace, and fantastic food, this is exactly the right place. A heartfelt thank you to Eran, Nishan and Bea for the culinary masterpieces and the beautiful new inspiration!

What a beautiful weekend we shared together.

Our Yoga Retreat this past weekend was filled with deep breaths, mindful movement, meaningful conversations, and moments of stillness that reminded us how powerful it is to simply pause.

For a few days we stepped away from the noise of everyday life and created space to reconnect — with our bodies, our breath, and each other. Watching everyone soften, open, and leave lighter than they arrived was truly magical.
