Das Team Quality Assurance Mobile Products ist dafür zuständig die Qualität der beiden Mobile Products Software Entwicklungsteams sicherzustellen, sowie für Bestellprozesse für Mobile und Home Access im Bereich Ordermanagement. Sie unterstützen unser hochmotiviertes QA-Team von Senior- und Advanced -Testmanagern, die viel Freude und Einsatzbereitschaft an den Tag legen, um die Entwicklung bei der Umsetzung der Projekte in hoher Qualität zu unterstützen. Wichtig sind uns dabei möglichst frühe integrative Systemtests der entwickelten Prozesse um die Abwicklung der geschäftsrelevanten Kundenprozesse sicherzustellen, sowie eine konstruktive, offene und ehrliche Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams.
Die Projekte werden durch unser Team von der Einplanung bis zur Übergabe an die Ende zu Ende QA begleitet:
• Frühzeitig beginnen wir mit der Konzeption der Tests anhand von fachlichen Anforderungen, erstellen basierend auf diesen die Testfälle und stimmen das Testvorgehen mit der Entwicklung ab.
• Bereits in der Konzeption planen wir die Automatisierung der zu erstellenden Testfälle, die in Abstimmung mit den Automatisierungsspezialisten teamintern umgesetzt werden. Unsere kontinuierlichen automatisierten Regressionstests tragen zur Wahrung der hohen Qualität und frühzeitigen Fehlererkennung bei.
• Wir begleiten die agilen Entwicklungsteams während der Laufzeit der Projekte und testen sprintbegleitend die entstandenen Deliverables. Die Tests erfolgen manuell über ein bereit gestelltes Testframework oder automatisiert über selbst zu konfigurierende FitNesse-Tests.
• In einer exklusiven Testphase nach Abschluss aller Entwicklungstätigkeiten werden die entstandenen Artefakte integrativ geprüft bevor diese mittels eines Testberichts an die Ende zu Ende QA übergeben werden.
• Defects werden an die Entwicklung gemeldet und die Korrekturen zeitnah nachgetestet.

Fachkenntnisse:
• Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung Im Testmanagement im agilen und klassischen IT-Umfeld und damit auch im Umgang mit Testmanagementtools und Issuetrackern.
• Sie haben eine Zertifizierung nach ISTQB.
• Sie sind in der Lage Tests für den manuellen Test im Projekt als auch für den regressiven Test durch Testautomation zu konzipieren, idealerweise besitzen sie dazu Erfahrung im Bereich Programmierung.
