2. Mobility comes before strength. Only when your knee has full range of motion again does building muscle make sense. Step by step, in the right order.
3. Swelling is normal – but manageable. Elevate, cool, lymphatic drainage. You can actively support your healing.
4. Your old life is waiting for you. Climbing stairs, going for walks, sports – with the right training, you'll get there again. Often faster than you think.
5. You need a plan. Not random exercises from the internet, but a program tailored to your surgery and your body. That's what we're here for.
