Twenty years on since the approval of the first human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine, a raft of studies involving millions of people have reached the same conclusion: HPV vaccination is safe and dramatically lowers women’s risk for cervical cancer.

Those are the topline findings of two updated Cochrane reviews on the impact of HPV vaccination — one looking at population levels of cervical and other HPV-related cancers, and the other a network meta-analysis of clinical trial data. https://bit.ly/4pvMsLk

🚨 Breaking News in Women's Sexual Health 🚨

The FDA has just approved Addyi® (flibanserin) for postmenopausal women, making it the first FDA-approved medication for low sexual desire (HSDD) in both pre- and postmenopausal patients under 65.

This is a historic moment.

For years, millions of women with persistent, distressing low libido have had few evidence-based options. This approval closes a major gap in care and acknowledges what women have been saying all along: sexual health matters at every stage of life.

Addyi is not Vi**ra. It’s a non-hormonal, daily medication that works on brain chemistry to improve sexual desire, reduce distress, and improve quality of sexual experiences

It's supported by the largest clinical trials in women’s sexual health and over a decade of safety data.

This is progress. And it’s long overdue.

Australia has passed a significant milestone in the quest to eliminate cervical cancer, recording zero new cases in people younger than 25 years in 2021, an achievement that has been attributed to the national HPV vaccination program. http://ms.spr.ly/6188tgU8w

🧠✨ Two nutrients, one mission, brighter mind.

When it comes to mental health, some of the most powerful allies aren’t found in a pharmacy; they’re in your nutrition. Studies now show that magnesium and vitamin D work best when combined, forming a natural defense against depression and brain aging.

Vitamin D plays a key role in mood regulation and neural protection. Low levels have been linked to seasonal depression, memory loss, and faster cognitive decline. But here's the catch: your body can’t properly use vitamin D without enough magnesium, which activates the enzymes that convert it into its usable form.

Magnesium itself also reduces inflammation, calms overactive nerves, and boosts serotonin, making it a natural mood stabilizer. When both are present in the right amounts, they amplify each other’s effects, leading to improved mood, sharper focus, and slower brain aging.

It’s a natural partnership with real power. Feed your brain what it truly needs.

Have you noticed how your diet affects your mood? What are some of your go-to brain-boosting foods?
