Fostering Surgical Excellence Through Collaboration

Another successful visitation took place yesterday at Salford Royal Hospital in Manchester, where our esteemed faculty Mr. Ankur Saxena hosted Mr. Nektarios Mazarakis from Brighton.

Two successful TESSYS® cases were performed—exemplifying not only the power of advanced endoscopic techniques, but also the importance of knowledge sharing among dedicated spine surgeons.

High-Impact Education Meets Innovation in Endoscopic Spine Surgery!

joimax® was proud to support the 3rd Annual Endoscopic Spine Surgery Symposium at the Seattle Science Foundation last weekend as main sponsor — a truly excellent event dedicated to advancing minimally invasive spine care.

This year’s symposium set a new benchmark in quality and reach. Thanks to the excellent work of the Endoscopic Spine Research group. 10 of the 15 Faculty presented real patient surgical cases using joimax® technologies — sharing detailed study data, surgical videos, and compelling clinical outcomes.

The Very First joimax Launch Workshop for Nepal | 27 June 2025!

Last week, an impactful Endoscopic Spine workshop was held in Thailand, featuring 4 skilled surgeons from Nepal. The hands-on training, led by our esteemed Faculty Siravich Suvithayasiri, included both lectures and practical sessions on transforaminal & interlaminar approaches.


Thanks Dr. Siravich for instruting this full day intensive course and participants - Dr. Gopesh Kumar Thakul, Dr Gyanendra Joshi, Dr. Sailendra Kumar Duwal Shrestha and Dr. Utsab Shrestha for joining this course.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the dedicated Phoenix team and Harmony Medical System for their tireless efforts and excellent teamwork in making this workshop a smooth success. A sincere appreciation also goes to Faculty of Medcine, Srinakharinwirot University and their lab staff for their warm hospitality and seamless support throughout the event.

APSS 2025 Kuala Lumpur – June 20 to 22
Showcasing Innovation and Strengthening Surgical Collaboration in Malaysia

Over the weekend, joimax® booth at APSS 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, was an engaging hub for surgical innovation and dialogue. Held at the Shangri-La Hotel Conference Hall, the event brought together surgeons from across the region to explore the latest in minimally invasive spine surgery.

At the congress, joimax® showcased our cutting-edge technologies, including the Intracs® 3D navigation software paired with the TESSYS® TransSAP set and UpSurgeOn spine model. Attendees also explored our latest EndoLIF® instrument set, the Shrill® Spinner Blade, and the iLESSYS® biportal system—each drawing strong interest and technical discussions on advancing surgical techniques.

A highlight of the event was the exclusive joimax® dinner held on June 20th, featuring a presentation by Dr. Loh Choong Sing on EndoTLIF TransSAP approach. The evening focused on endoscopic fusion approaches and techniques, sparking dynamic discussions among the attending surgeons. We were honored to welcome a total of 11 distinguished guests—10 Malaysian surgeons and Professor Sun from China.
