Letztens waren wir auf dem Land, nicht wie sonst in Brandenburg sondern in Brüssel/Belgien und haben eine kleine Wasserkefir Manufaktur besucht, im Frankreich und Belgien ist Wasserkredit überall zu finden, ein tolles Getränk. Adrian und Mary von sind ursprünglich Winzer aus Bordeaux und haben sich vor ein paar Jahren entschieden in ihre Heimat Brüssel zurück zu kehren und mit der verrückten Idee im Gepäck einem gesunden Wasserkefir zu produzieren. Wir haben ein paar Kistchen von der Biofach mitgebracht, wer hat Bock auf eine Verkostung?

Recently we went out to the countryside not brandenburg but brussels/belgium and visited a water kefir production. In france and belgium water kefir is already a well-loved drink. Adrian and Mary are originally winemakers, but they decided to return to their hometown brussels and start this crazy idea of making a healthier alcohol-free water kefir. We even brought back a few boxes from Biofach who's up for a tasting?
