Now scheduling appointments! Maybe you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed by the challenges you're facing. Coping might be even harder while you're living in a foreign country, away from your support system. You want to feel confident in the direction you're heading and the map you're using to get there. Hello and thanks for stopping by! I am a US-trained counselor residing in the KMC. After recognizing a shortage of providers to meet the mental health needs of the English-speaking community, I felt called to help. I am honored to be opening a counseling practice in Landstuhl this spring, as an extension of the Therapy In Reality network based in Stuttgart.

I look forward to serving the local community with a combination of solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and expressive modalities. I hold a PhD in counseling and counselor education from Syracuse University and a master’s in school counseling from Bridgewater State University. I am a licensed mental health counselor associate in Washington State and a licensed school counselor in Massachusetts.
