Arthroscopy Wednesday: der arthroskopische Befund gut 1 Jahr nach knöcherner (transtibial) Refixation der Innenmeniskuswurzel in Kombination mit 6 Grad Achskorrektur (valgisierend) hätte mich sehr interessiert, aber das Gelenk ist komplett beschwerdefrei. Die Platte und Schrauben störten die Patientin, also habe ich sie heute entfernt.
The arthroscopic result a year after transtibial medial meniscus root repair in combination with 6 deg correction of Varus malalignment would have been very interesting but the patient opted against arthroscopy completely lacking joint pain. I removed the plate and screws to take of the tenderness at the osteotomy site.
