My interest in the area developed through my own personal situation at home, with my growing up boys. Emotions and behaviour have always held my fascination for as long as I can remember, and perhaps that’s why studying Psychology in my Bachelor Degree course was a natural choice; But, I was aware that there was very little I would be doing professionally in that direction. And so, at the 'tender'

age of 39, I went back to studying at an Alternative Medicine Centre where I attended various courses that have guided me through alternatives, through situations where I have felt totally at a loss being in a foreign land. Fortunately for me, this in turn led me to realising my talent as a motivational well-being Coach. Looking forward to meeting with you to discuss the possibility of working together.
