Glaucoma is not just an age-related condition, it can also affect young people.
Juvenile glaucoma often develops without symptoms and is typically diagnosed around age 18.
The damage it causes to the optic nerve is usually irreversible, which makes early detection and intervention so important.

At SAVIR, we go beyond conventional eye care. Our innovative, neuroscience-based therapy can help improve vision, even in challenging cases of juvenile glaucoma.

From 11% to 31% vision, a remarkable improvement

This 26-year-old patient improved vision in his right eye from 11% to 31% with SAVIR treatment.

In the final consultation, he reported feeling more confident in traffic, avoiding obstacles more easily, and noticing improvements when using his phone or playing games.

His case shows how even long-standing optic nerve damage may improve by reactivating dormant visual pathways.

This patient with optic nerve damage was able to more than double his visual capacity from 6% to 14% after undergoing SAVIR treatment.
A previous eye infarction had left him with only 6% vision in his right eye.

In his final consultation, he reported that his surroundings appeared noticeably brighter and that the dark haze he had previously experienced had diminished.

After the treatment, he shared the following words with us:

(translated from German)
"Dear team at the SAVIR Center,
I would like to sincerely thank all of you for the two weeks of treatment.
My damaged eye, and my vision, improved significantly during the second week of therapy.
On the way home, my visual perception was completely different from when I arrived by car before treatment.
Your team is truly outstanding. Friendly, professional, and in great spirits.
Any questions that came up were answered to my complete satisfaction.
Please keep up the great work, and I truly hope that many more people with eye problems you are able to treat can benefit from what you offer.
With warmest regards,
M.W."

Entwicklungsgeschichte
