içinde okuyup çok sevdiğim bir kitap önerisiyle geldim😊 Anı yaşamak belli başlı şeylerden ibaret değildir, kafanda bir dünya düşünceyle anı yaşayamayız. O anın farkında olmak anda kalmaktır. Yani anı yaşamak farkındalıkla mümkündür.
Nefes ve farkındalık oyunlarıyla da bunu hayatımızda alışkanlık haline getirebiliriz; öyle ki bu kitabı okurken rahatladığımı, keyif aldığımı hissettim. Aslında bu kitabı kızımla birlikte içindeki nefes oyunlarını uygulamak için almıştım ama öyle güzel bilgiler var ki önce okuyup kendime fayda sağlamak istedim.😊 Bölümlere ayrılmış olup özel ihtiyacı olan çocuklardan, öğretmen ve eğitimcilere, gençlerden yetişkinlere, teknolojinin etkisinden bilimsel araştırmalara ve beynimize etkisine kadar nefes ve farkındalığın öneminden bahsetmiştir. Sohbet eder gibi samimi ve keyifli bir dille anlatılması eğlenceli geldi bana☺️ Ruhumuzu dinlendirmek, hayatımızı, iç dünyamızı sakinleştirmek için hızımızı yavaşlatarak “yaşamın farkına varalım ve nefes alalım” diyerek tavsiye ediyorum ben de🧘🏻‍♀️😊 Keyifli okumalar şimdiden☀️🌸

In the late 1930s-1940s, Michael Bond, author of Paddington Bear, saw Jewish refugee children (Kindertransport children) passing through Reading Station from London, arriving in Britain escaping from the N**i horrors of Europe.

Mr. Bond, touched by what he saw, recalled those memories 20 years later when he began his story of Paddington Bear. One morning in 1958, he was searching for writing inspiration and simply wrote the words: “Mr. and Mrs. Brown first met Paddington on a railway platform…”

“They all had a label round their neck with their name and address on and a little case or package containing all their treasured possessions,” Bond said in an interview with The Telegraph before his death in 2017. “So Paddington, in a sense, was a refugee, and I do think that there’s no sadder sight than refugees.”

Paddington Bear - known for his blue overcoat, bright red hat, and wearing a simple hand-written tag that says “Please look after this bear. Thank you.”

Paddington embodies the appearance of many refugee children. His suitcase is an emblem of his own refugee status.

“We took in some Jewish children who often sat in front of the fire every evening, quietly crying because they had no idea what had happened to their parents, and neither did we at the time. It’s the reason why Paddington arrived with the label around his neck”. — Michael Bond

Michael Bond died at 91 in 2017. The epitaph on his gravestone reads, “Please look after this bear. Thank you.”

This is the new year calendar we have created together with .main kids. First the idea came up when I see the children in war. And we have decided to design a calendar. Dear friend and a very experienced art historian and a curator prepared a great presentation about art forms, international painters 🧑‍🎨 and their amazing art pieces. We have discussed about the colors and how we can use them on a canvas. Then, we talked about peace ✌️, the symbols, freedom and how we can express our feelings together. Then, the team work made the dream work! .gc brought all the materials, made a great facilitation for the day💜 Nearly 30 kids between 5-10 ages in Frankfurt, painted for peace for the children of the world 🌍 And our peace calendar for 2024 has been designed with the last touch touch of . If I need to proud of one thing in 2023, this is it! Painting for peace at home and peace in the world 🌍 I wish we talk more about joy, laughter and happiness of children in 2024 🙏🙏 Dies ist der Neujahrskalender, den wir zusammen mit .main kids erstellt haben. Die Idee kam mir, als ich die Kinder im Krieg sah. Und wir haben beschlossen, einen zu gestalten. Eine liebe Freundin und eine sehr erfahrene Kunsthistorikerin und Kuratorin hat eine tolle Präsentation über Kunstformen, internationale Maler 🧑‍🎨 und ihre erstaunlichen Kunstwerke vorbereitet. Wir haben über die Farben diskutiert und wie wir sie auf einer Leinwand verwenden können. Dann sprachen wir über Frieden die Symbole, Freiheit und wie wir unsere Gefühle gemeinsam ausdrücken können. Und dann haben wir in Teamarbeit den Traum verwirklicht! .gc brachte alle@Materialien mit, die den Tag sehr erleichterten💜 Fast 30 Kinder zwischen 5-10 Jahren malten für den Frieden für die Kinder der Welt 🌍 Und unser Friedenskalender für 2024 wurde mit dem letzten Schliff von gestaltet. Wenn ich auf eine Sache im Jahr 2023 stolz sein soll, dann auf diese! Malen für den Frieden zu Hause und den Frieden in der Welt 🌍 Ich wünsche mir, dass wir im Jahr 2024 mehr über die Freude, das L
