🥧 Classic Apple Pie Recipe

6 cups of peeled and sliced apples (preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 pre-made pie crusts (or homemade if you prefer)
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tablespoon milk
