Hallo wunderschöner Mensch!

Die letzten 3 Monate des Jahres sind nun eingeläutet.

Wir wollen langsam zurückschauen, reflektieren, aussortieren und uns dann neu justieren, auf die Dinge die uns wichtig sind.

Die Herbst- und Wintermonate sind für viele eine Zeit in der der Fokus nach innen gerichtet wird.

Wie wäre es dies in gemeinsamen Sitzungen zu tun? Oder während Du meiner Stimme lauschst in der wöchentlichen live Meditation?

Bis zum 22.10.24 bekommst Du ein 3-er-Paket für 303,- EUR (3 mal 60 Minuten gültig für 5 Monate).

In jedem Fall kannst Du bis Ende Oktober kostenlos an der wöchentlichen Meditation teilnehmen. Jeden Montag um 19.30 und jeden Donnerstag um 18.00 Uhr gehe ich auf meinem Telegram Meditations-Chanel live und führe Dich durch eine Meditation (in englischer Sprache). Wir beginnen unsere 20 Minuten gemeinsamer Zeit immer mit etwas Musik. Dabei kannst Du in Ruhe auf Deiner Matte ankommen, den Atem fließen lassen und meiner Stimme direkt im Anschluß lauschen, wenn ich die Meditation durchführe. Die Aufnahme meiner Meditations-Lesung steht Dir im Anschluss immer mindestens 1 Woche zur Verfügung. Meistens jedoch länger ;)

Your yes

there is power in saying
completely yes to something
and it is sufficient to focus on your yes
because if it is not a sure yes
than it is a no

if you stick with your yes
believe in it
trust it
stay with it even when it seems
that it would be easier to change it
life will support you

there might be this moments
like on the rollercoaster
when you feel like you are driving
directly into the abyss
but last minute the train takes the curve

your clear yes
reflects your inner wisdom
that force that flows through you
that pushes you to grow
like it pushes the little dandelion
through the concrete
nothing can stop that life force
it is supported by life itself
trust your yes

Invite into the cage

When you are a social person
and you are free
life can be weird sometimes
not the free life
that part is just wonderful
but the interactions with people
people outside of your soul tribe

You are being happy to meet them
inviting them to join you
up here in the air
flying around like a bird
giggling jumping singing
but they wont hear you

they will invite you into their cage instead
a cage that sits right next to them
on there couch or bed or chair
the door of the cage is open
but you are expected to sit inside
inside that cage and be quiet

Just be there
fit into their square, there box
that they have picked for you
no singing, no jumping
and sure as hooptidu no flying either

So you ll sit
with a positive attitude
thinking it is just for a little while
maybe they need to rest, maybe they had a long day
you are giving them all the good intention
of why they would expect you to
stop the flying and the singing and the giggling
and just sit there

But the time passes
and you realize
this cage is all that person knows
and it is all they want to hear about
because this is what they can control
and as long as it seems controllable
they are not confronted with their fear

So the free person
that loves the cage person
might try a few times
to tell them
„hey let us fly up high
into the blue sky
life is so wonderful
singing, giggling, BEING“

But the cage person doesn’t want
no freedom
they prefer the known
that little box
that little cage
they prefer to control
to tell you what to do
what not to do
and make themselves seem REALLY busy
doing nothing really fun
never just being
always doing doing doing

„Now beautiful bird
that loves the peoples
and loves the companiy
what will you do?“
The free person will leave
one day sooner or later
cause there is nothing
in that cage for them.
Only illusions
only „laters“
no real connection
and no real love or friendship

The goal of meditation is not to stop the thinking but to take some distance to our own thoughts

You keep thinking
that there is something you are still
not doing enough or doing to much
but this is just a thought
it is a creation of your mind
it is not reality

The mind keeps repeating thoughts
especially when you feel stressed
or tired or hungry or anxious or… or… or..
„But how can I, when I am stressed, identify, that it is just a thought?“
you might ask me?
The answer is: through practice.
Meditation practice

The goal of meditation is not to relax
it is not to stop thinking
The goal is to get to know yourself
to get to know your thoughts
to practice to disidentify
to remind yourself, that you are not your thoughts
you are the one thinking your thoughts
your thoughts are not the boss in your life
you are

By taking a moment
and remember that you are the observer
you strengthen your „observer muscle“
and it will be easier to go into
the „observer mode“ even in a moment of stress

With practicing meditation regularly
you will relax
you will de-attach
and feel free
you will more often remember that you are free
and you don’t have to follow
the command of your mind

One side effect of aiming for excellence
is that your mind constantly keeps telling you
that there is something you are still
not doing enough or doing to much
that there is still something „wrong“
that you should know better by now
just be better
right?

Wrong
That is just an illusion of the mind
there is no end goal
you won’t „get there if“
this is life and not a race or climb
there are endless and countless possibilities for growth
and aiming for excellence means
constant growth
constant change
the goal is not to get somewhere
the goal is to do what you do with purpose
and enjoy the ride while you are doing it

Instead of focusing on all the things
you still want to improve
ask yourself
„What kind of person do I want to be today?“
„Do I want to be a kind and understanding person?“
„Do I want to be a patient person?“
And from that place go through your day
everything else will fall in its place

Be inspired and motivated
go for your vision because it excites you
stop criticizing yourself and others
it really is about fun and relaxation
great creations come from a place of passion
What lights you up today?
Do that first!

A few days ago we did a journaling exercise on „what do I thin I am not“
We only look at the negatives to understand the underlying beliefs that have been holding us in a loop.
We don´t dwell on them.

When there is a shoe laying on your floor and you fall over that shoe, you don’t go „Oh there is a shoe on my floor, that is why every time I walk by I stumble“.
You will think „I don’t want to stumble, but I did. What is in the way? Ah! A shoe! Let´s put it away!“
Right?

Same with our belief system. We practice to focus on the good, on the things we want for the future. And when we notice, it doesn’t have the effect we wanted, there is most likely a shoe-thought laying in the way. So we pause to identify it and to reframe it.

It might feel odd, to mainly focus on the positive and on the things we want, because we are living in a world that recycles the negative over and over. We live with a brain that is build to protect us from danger and therefore focuses on possible threats, if we let it run by default.

This is why a constant practice is necessary, to put our intention on what we want rather then what needs to be avoided.
To invest our energy on what we want to create, rather than what we fear.
