Sutra - Ayurveda Basisausbildung!!!

Marking the successful beginning of the one year long Ayurveda certification program, teaching classical Ayurvedic essence of Sutra of Brihat Trayees.

Authentic learning of Samhithas, hands-on training in Therapies, including an internship in India, this program empowers with the deeper knowledge of Ayurveda.

Grateful to all the Gurus who have bestowed this knowledge upon us. Looking forward to sharing this with everyone who seeks Ayurveda.

12th October 2025 - Sanatana Nritya 2025!!
(Long post of Gratitude ahead, yet we fall short of words to express how thankful we are! Continued in comments)

Some evenings leave a quiet fragrance in the heart shaped not by grandeur, but by sincerity, presence, and the gentle knowing that art becomes complete only through those who receive it with warmth.

It was guiding light of Guru-Shishya Parampara held like a blessing, effort carried with devotion, and the grace of every soul who chose to be with us, shaping the space with their attention, their goodwill, and their quiet kindness.

With gratitude that stretches far beyond words, we offer these memories not as a performance revisited, but as a heartfelt acknowledgement of everyone who walked this journey with us and held the spirit of the evening with so much love.

Ever grateful to my Guru Vidushi Dr Mala Shashikanth for bestowing me with this art form. Thanking my parents, husband and family for constant encouragement.

Our sincere gratitude to Shri Rajiv Chitkara ji, Head of Culturals, Consulate General of India Munich for being our esteemed Chief guest. Thanking Ms Pamela Quirico for our being Guest of Honour.

Proud of all the kids, budding artists for the dedication and the parents for all the efforts.
An event of such magnitude is impossible without support of dear ones helping at every aspect.

Heartily thank Shri Sanjay Raj Chirangattu for the mellifluous Vocal renditions for the live performance as well as the music we produced and recorded for our thematic presentation for the evening. Grateful to Shri Karthik Raman for the support on violin and Shri Gautam Narayan for Mridangam.

We are grateful to everyone who stood with us, guided us, encouraged us, and held the spirit of the evening with such warmth - thank you. These memories shine because of you, and I share them here with deep appreciation and love.

Wenn Bewegung zum Gebet wird und Geschichten im Rhythmus erwachen, dann atmet eine uralte Tradition weiter und schenkt unserer Welt Licht, Freude und Verbundenheit.

Im Oktober tritt unsere Sanatana-Akademie-Familie zum allerersten Mal gemeinsam auf die Bühne: von kleinen Füßen, die ihre ersten Schritte im Rhythmus wagen, bis hin zu Tänzerinnen und Tänzern, deren Ausdruck durch viele Jahre der Hingabe gereift ist.
Ein Fest der Bhakti, der Anmut und der zeitlosen Erzählungen von Tanz und Musik.

Getragen von meiner Ausbildung in der Karnataka-Parampara des Bharatanatyam unter der liebevollen Führung meiner Guru, Dr. Mala Shashikanth, und mit ihren Segnungen, entfaltet dieser Abend den Duft einer lebendigen, weitergegebenen Tradition.

In the heart of Munich, beneath the summer sky,
we gathered to honour Yoga — ancient, alive, and whole.

Organised by the Consulate General of India, Munich,the 11th International Day of Yoga unfolded in grace.
It was a celebration of glee with gratitude, stillness in the summer shine, strength, and ancient synergy.

Grateful for the opportunity to speak of Ayurveda, its quiet wisdom flowing into the breath and balance in practicing Yoga.
