What does being free mean to you?
Does it mean to have free time?
Does it mean to decide freely whatever choices you wanna take?
Is it traveling? Is it new challenges?
What in your life makes you feel like you can breathe easily?

And in what parts of your life do you still feel limited ?

After contemplating for a longer time I finally was brave enough to quit my job.
Without a real safety net but it felt like the belt around my chest finally loosened and I can breathe again. Sometimes you only afterwards realize how much energy something took from you. How caged you have been.
So breaking free takes on many forms, but it always takes courage.

What prevents you from gathering that courage? Whether in a small way or a big way, when you try to listen inwards: are you honestly happy the way things are right now?

It has been a bit quieter here lately, as I simply had no energy and capacity for more. I am still in the whirlwind and struggle with decisions, trade-offs, the questions of how it should go where - but isn't it called so beautifully:

Life is about moving forward

In der Ruhe liegt die Kraft - ist nicht nur ein (blรถdes) Sprichwort, sondern die sanfte Seite in uns oftmals leider viel zu kurz. Und ich freu mich arg genau diese Seite und unser parasymphathisches Nervensystem in meinen Stunden genauer zu erkunden.
