⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE* ⚠️

*for everyone who actually reads our texts

As many of you know, our idea was born in Lund 🇸🇪 about a year ago. From the beginning, we communicated in English as we had friends around Europe and the world.

Fast forward, we are back in Munich 🇩🇪 and we are building our small startup. We will launch the product very soon. But for the start, we will focus on Germany.

That's why WE WILL CHANGE OUR COMMUNICATION ON ALL CHANNELS TO GERMAN.

Why? Of course, we would also love to provide everyone outside of Germany with our products. But we decided that we don't want to send them on long journeys across the globe.

But don't worry! Sooner or later we will come to your country. We'll just have to grow a bit to find a sustainable solution 🤗

3.. 2..1.. 🎉

We changed our name, but why?

A year ago, LIFE GUM came to life (wow... what a creative wordplay 🤦🏻‍♂️). Back then, all we had was an idea - nothing more. So we started to work with it.

Then, about three months ago, while planning the launch, we got an email. The sender told us that we wouldn't be able to use LIFE GUM as our brand name. He had already bought the rights to use it.

Being frustrated at first, we quickly realised that this was an opportunity to reinvent ourselves.

So we asked ourselves some important questions: WHO are we? WHAT is our goal? WHY do we do this? And after creating a bunch of names, we understood:

We are Lucas and Daniel. And we want to make healthy behaviour intuitive and sustainable. That's why, in our food lab, we will create innovative products that are good for all of us and our future 🌍🍋

We are really happy with this change. What do you think?!

Did someone say free gum? 😍

Our prototypes are here and now we need you! We are looking for volunteers who want to try our first product before everyone else!

So if you are a chewing gum connoisseur and ready to give us brutally honest feedback, we would love your support and feedback! Only with you, we can bring LIFE GUM to life (pun intended) 🙆🏻‍♂️

Moin!🙋🏼‍♂️ My name is Lucas and I’m co-founder number two of LIFE GUM.

I was born and raised in the far north of germany in rostock and played professionally in the youth football team of hansa rostock. After graduating from high school, I moved to Berlin to study and worked for a few years in consulting, brokerage and a start-up and therefore lived in several cities like Cologne, Berlin, Düsseldorf and London.

After I met Daniel during our master's studies in Lund, Sweden we started working on LIFE GUM. As a certified nutritionist, I am very interested in health and with LIFE GUM I want to make it easier for everyone in our society to access essential vitamins with perfectly designed and sustainable products.😎💪🏻

Hey guys! 👋🏼

I'm Daniel - one of the two co-founders of LIFE GUM.
Coming from a small town near Düsseldorf in Germany, after school, I lived in several places across Germany and Europe, including Berlin, London and Madrid.

After finalizing my Bachelors in Hamburg, I started to work in consulting until last year, when I decided to follow up with my the Masters I'm currently pursuing in Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Lund, Sweden.

Here I met Lucas (see the next post). After recognizing our shared passion for health, sports and nutrition, I remembered a product idea I had a few years ago: a chewing gum with added nutrients. But it wasn't until we considered it more carefully that we realized the numerous benefits this product can have for everyone. 🌍🌱🍋
