Redefining what it means to age.
Last week, during a small networking circle, a woman said something that stayed with me:
👉 “I want to be your kind of 60.”
At first, I didn’t understand what she meant.
Then she added:
“Most people nearing 60 are afraid of change.
They don’t try new things. They cling to their routines…
And they give up. I don’t want to end up like that.”
💬 And honestly? I was touched.
Because I see it all the time.
The quiet resignation.
The silent shrinking back.
The “too late for me” stories.
But if we don’t show up for ourselves,
if we don’t say yes to life,
we’ll just be girls in our 60s—watching it all pass by.
No matter what age is printed on our ID.
So here’s a message for the woman who feels stuck,

Did you know your body can heal itself when you give it a break from food? 🧬✨
When the body enters a fasting state, it begins a powerful self-cleaning process called autophagy—removing damaged, aging, and even cancerous cells. Think of it like internal recycling. ♻️
Autophagy is actually recognized as one of the 12 hallmarks of aging—a key process for staying youthful, healthy, and preventing chronic diseases.

But here’s the key:

Recent research from Johns Hopkins suggests that levothyroxine, a common thyroid medication, may contribute to bone loss over time. Even with normal TSH levels, studies show that those taking it experience greater reductions in bone density, increasing the risk of osteoporosis.
From my experience working with clients, I’ve seen that women over 40 are especially affected by thyroid underfunction and hashimoto.And this is the age when bone health becomes critical—especially during menopause.
Now, I’m not saying you should stop your medication! But I do believe in supporting the body naturally. I reversed my Hashimoto’s without medication by focusing on the fundamentals:
