Latest study on patients post-cross linking found that high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (HMW-HA) eye drops enhanced corneal nerve regrowth, corneal sensitivity, and ocular surface health more than low molecular weight HA or standard drops. 💧👁️Comfort Shield®: Superior efficacy in post-surgical corneal healing

A new study demonstrates that Comfort Shield® eye drops with Hylan A outperform other hyaluronic acid-based drops in promoting corneal nerve regeneration, restoring corneal sensitivity, and preventing increased inflammatory cell density after eye surgery, all while reducing the side effects.

Eine neue Studie zeigt, dass Comfort Shield® Augentropfen mit Hylan A die Regeneration der Hornhautnerven effektiver unterstützen, die Hornhautsensibilität wiederherstellen und eine erhöhte Entzündungszellen-Dichte nach Augenoperationen verhindern als andere Hyaluronsäure-Tropfen. Gleichzeitig verringern Comfort Shield® Augentropfen deutlich die Nebenwirkungen.

In 2024 we are celebrating 25 years of Comfort Shield® eye drops.
