One of the most delicious Sushi places ever - and a must when visiting Malmö 🍱 Located right at the beginning of Mäster Johansgatan when entering from the harbour, the terrace has some evening sun, and even if they're fully booked there's always a chance for drop ins with a bit of patience (at least we were lucky both times). The SPICY PORTOBELLO 🔥 and the ZESTY SALMON 🍣 melt on the tongue... And the service is outstanding and so friendly, especially when you bring your dog ;) Thank you for your hospitality Hope to visit again someday!

HIIT training in the sun - and good times with the fam 💪🏽☀️
is by far one of the best and most fun high intensity interval training methods out there. Most hills you do in 60 to 120 seconds at high intensity, fast speed - then you wait for a few minutes for the slower ones of the group 😴😁
There's nothing like going down steep, powdery hills, heart pounding, deep breaths, feeling the every nuance in the ground beneath your feet, just you and the snow ❄️

ROCKYOURBODY KETO OMEGA-3 SALAD 🔥🔥🔥

I LOVE this salad… and am probably having it at least 2x per week right now. Why? Because it is so easy and fast to make… so delicious… and soooo healthy 🥗 😎

Benefits: Extremely low carb - the only noteworthy carbs are in the grapefruit slices // An enormous amount of potassium, zinc and other healthy minerals and vitamins from the salad and avocado // Lots of anti-inflammatory omega-3 and other healthy fatty acids from the sardines, the avocado AND the olive oil // Perfectly fits into a keto plan - with about 80% of the calories coming from healthy fats // Ideally suited as a nutrient-rich meal with few carbs and protein and lots of fat for an intermittent fasting diet

Ingredients: 1 whole big head of organic lettuce // 1 avocado // 1/2 grapefruit, peeled and sliced // 1 can of sardines in olive oil - don’t take the ones with sunflower oil as it contains high amounts of omega-6 and is therefore inflammatory // Himalayan salt, organic chili powder & freshly ground pepper 🍃🥑🐟🌶️

Prep time: 8 mins

Serves: At least 2 (or 1 of me ;-)

This salad easily covers the 7-10 cups of greens you should eat per day (to get the at least 4000 mg of potassium you need daily)

930 kcal of which: 74% from fat // 17% from protein // 9% from carbs
Total fat: 74g // Total protein: 38g // Total carbs: 20g 🔥

As funny as it may sound... I cannot understand how one could go weeks, or even months, without working out 😎
After being off the grid for 3 consecutive days - due to a food poisoning / stomach flu I caught at the Oktoberfest (thx a lot btw) - today I HAD to go to the gym! And what better to catch up on some training than a nice kettle bell workout 💪

Now... you know what the best thing about it is...? ;)
All the while that I'm training... I can still smell the scent of fresh , celery, garlic and basil on my fingers... because in the meantime my homemade sauce is gently simmering on the stove at home... and waiting to be topped with , and ... for our Sunday night post workout dinner... 😁

Finally it's that time of the year again - asparagus season 😋
It tastes amazing with strawberries, or pasta, or king prawns... and in this case, it's especially delicious with salmon, tomatoes, basil, chili peppers 🌶️ and pine nut arugula pesto - and a glass of Pecorino white 🥂

Slightly adapted from a delicious recipe suggested by the ingenious  this is an absolutely amazing and quick   meal burs...

Gently roast some nicely diced zucchini, mix them with canned organic chickpeas and tuna, add diced beetroot and apple, sprinkle with roasted pine nuts, sliced chili peppers and freshly ground black pepper, and drizzle some honey on top 🍯
