My daily food is like this or similar.
1.porridge with apples, orange, frozen blueberries (those berries are brain food), tablespoon of ground h**p seeds, dessert spoon of ground linseed, handful of walnuts (those seeds and nuts are great for omega three), handful of pumpkin seeds (zinc). Glass of hot water with tumeric and black pepper (those two in combination are a great anti carcinogen).
2.red lentils (according to the studies, associated with longevity and good health) with courgettes or Chinese lettuce, bell-peppers and millet
3.potato salad with some olive oil and lemon juice dressing, rocket, radicchio, carrots, tomatoes, chicory, sometimes onions (very strong anti-carcinogen).
We are what we eat. With cleansing, nutrient-dense plant-based foods, whole-food high carb we are doing our bodies the best favours according to the predominant science, along with community, love and exercise
