/// IT´S ALL ONE ///

I made a lot of experiences in my professional career, moving from fitness to personal coaching to change work, working with the body, the mind and the brain.

I have had the chance to work with entrepreneurs, athletes, kids, patients, CEOs, companies, creatives, celebs and many other inspiring people.

I have been writing for major magazines and have been featured in the radio. I've founded my company "xercise" back in 2005, launched "balanceo", then serving athletes with "metaperformance" and co-founded xercise mom.
I also opened my own facility in the heart of Munich.

Yes, I've made a lot of things.

BUT - if you take a closer look, you realize

IT´S ALL ONE.

It's one journey, one attitude, one growth, working with the same key factors, the same principles.

That means even if the FOCUS ist maybe different, the ESSENCE is always the same.

Because it's all one.

This realization lead to a point where I took all project and efforts under one umbrella.

But ChangeworX is much more than that:

Over the years I've started collaborations with exceptional change workers across disciplines. We are a real team, driven by passion, purpose and friendship.

It is an amazing time with big opportunities ahead. I am looking forward to shifting some paradigms on a bigger scale with one brand and a network behind me.

THERE WASN`T A BETTER WAY TO START THE CHANGEWORX JOURNEY as having my dear friend, fellow change worker, neuroscientist and researcher Dr. Peter Malinowski lecturing about meditation and science.

As the go-to guy for meditation in UK and well-known in the world of research on this topic he enlightened the audience with deep insights about actual findings in the field of meditation.

I really loved the fact based no-nonsense approach and the way he presented.

80+ people showed up. It was a wonderful inspiring evening!
Looking forward to many more to come!
