Holiday Break at the Allude Cashmere Clinic

Our Clinic will be closed from 24 December 2025 to 06 January 2026.

To ensure your cashmere pieces arrive safely before our break, we kindly ask you to send any parcels no later than 16 December 2025.
Otherwise, please ship your items again from 07 January 2026 onwards.

Online bookings remain available during this period.

Please note that we won’t be able to respond to emails while we’re away, but you’re welcome to leave us a message - we’ll get back to you once we return.

Meet Dilek Can, the expert guiding our masterclass “Repair Before You Replace” Dilek comes from Switzerland and is a trained clothing technician and model maker.

She joined the Cashmere Clinic in 2015 and has since specialised in the rare craft of invisible mending.

Perfecting this technique took her countless hours of trial and error. However in the masterclass, she’ll share her secrets so that even beginners can follow the repair and achieve beautiful, precise results, avoiding the struggles of self-learning.

The wait is over - registration to our next Masterclass “Repair before you replace” is open. The masterclass will take place on the date chosen by our community: 10 December 2025, from 17:00 to 20:00, at the Allude Headquarters, Daglfinger Straße 67, Munich.

We are looking forward to seeing you on our evening dedicated to craftsmanship and care - where our expert will share how to mend, refresh, and preserve your favourite knits.

Meet us at in Munich from 3.11.2025 to 8.11.2025 from 11:00 till 18:00! We’ll be doing quick demo repairs on-site, giving you a firsthand look at the mending process. Plus, take this opportunity to chat with our expert, who will be happy to answer all your questions about cashmere care.

Feel free to bring your cashmere knitwear items (made of at least 30% cashmere) for repair and care. We’ll take them to our Cashmere Clinic in Munich and send them back to you by post once they’re repaired.

Please note that our services are tailored specifically for cashmere and knitwear; we won’t be able to help you with woven items or garments made from wool or merino.

New in the Allude Cashmere Clinic: alongside our care and repair service, you’ll now find a selection of Allude cashmere sweaters in bright, uplifting colours and in timeless neutral shades. We also have cozy scarves and mini-sweaters in matching colours to complete the look. The mini-sweaters can be used as keychains or for your Bärli. Perfect to bring some warmth and joy to grey autumn moments!

A small glove. A precise repair.
This fine cashmere piece came to us with the tip of the index finger almost missing - we had to rebuilt it matching shape, density, and texture. The result? A fingertip that looks as if nothing ever happened.
We love when clients choose to care - even for the smallest pieces.
Because every knit is worth saving.

The Cashmere Clinic is open again! We are back from our summer break, well rested and ready for the season ahead.

This cashmere scarf came to us with a piece hanging by a thread - quite literally. The culprit? A playful dog with sharp teeth. Our team carefully rebuilt the missing part stich by stich. And now it is looking just like new and ready for many more winters. Has your favourite clothing item ever been damaged by a pet?
