Just a reminder that the handstand class will resume, meeting every week Thursdays at Crossfit FFM, Hirtenstraße 7-5, 60327 Frankfurt am Main. It is also likely that we will soon be able to train in Crossfit on Tuesday evenings as well... I'll let you know.
