Yoga Tanika Tanika's Restorative Yoga & Pranayama classes in English take place in Berlin, at EAVE workshops and online.

Pranayama is a wonderful way to connect to your breathing and to deepest parts of your being. Restorative yoga emphasises on asanas allowing our body to recharge and reenergize in a gentle way. Our focus is on precise alignment helping us to understand each asana better and learning how to assess our body to delve deeper into the asanas. I’m sharing my summer yoga timetable:
☀️ Berlin in-person classes: every Monday until July 11 - the last class before my summer holidays. I’ll be back on August 8.
Online classes: every Thursday until July 7 - the last class before my summer holidays. I’ll continue with my online classes in September.

These days it’s super sunny and warm in Berlin, so I’m up for more energetic yoga this week.

Last Sunday me and my family were demonstrating for peace at the Sound of Peace event in Berlin! It was a beautiful spring day and it felt great to listen to the music after 2 years of no concerts! And with such an important message: We want peace! For all people all over the world!

I wish for all people to live in peace. To be together with their loved ones, to love and respect each other.
Yoga brings me peace of mind even if I'm speechless about the war ragging in Ukraine.
I hope this madness will stop soon.
My deepest sympathy is with all who suffer from war.
Let our world be a peaceful place.
