Today was and is wonderfully sunny weather! In the pictures it almost looks like a summer bath in Lake Constance. But believe me, the pictures are deceiving – it was still cold and a real challenge. But as always it was just wonderful!

And if that wasn’t enough, we completed our 5K run backwards. This suddenly gave us a completely different perspective on our usual route. We should do this more often, right? ❤️

This morning it was dark, gray and particularly cold during our Sunday swim at Lake Constance. You could say it felt a bit like 50 Shades of Grey. 😂 ❤️

Today it was simply fantastic 🤩 Nature was covered in a magical blanket of snow and the beauty of the icy surroundings leaves you speechless. Despite the cold, you could feel the warming magic of the lake, not 🙈😂

Winter is finally here, but it's still pleasantly warm in the water 🌊 Ok, at least warmer than outside ❄️ After a refreshing ice bath, your body will be full of energy and you won't want to miss this moment! 💪🏼

Unfortunately it wasn't quite as comfortable today as it was two weeks ago, but everything has a reason 😅 Last week we had to take a break. A cold wind 💨 blew from the snow-covered ❄️ Alps 🏔️. But, you know what? The colder it is, the happier you feel afterwards. Because overcoming is rewarded 😇

🍂 This morning, on the second Sunday of the winter bathing season, it was noticeably cooler. You can feel and see the autumn in all its facets. Absolutely beautiful! 🍁

🌞🌸 Heute Morgen haben wir unseren letzten Badetag der Winter/Frühling Saison genossen! 🏊‍♂️🌊 Wir haben ihn gebührend gefeiert mit einem wundervollen Frühstück am See, begleitet von unserer eigenen musikalischen Untermalung. 🎶 Im September startet unsere neue Saison 23/24! 🎉 Wir können es kaum erwarten, euch sonntags wieder mitzunehmen! 💫

Der Regen der letzten Woche hat dem See sichtlich gutgetan, wie man auf den vergleichenden Fotos von heute und letzter Woche sehen kann. Wenn das Wetter so bleibt, werde ich vielleicht sogar einen waghalsigen Sprung ins kühle Nass wagen 😅!
