My name is Mark Stevens and I am a fully qualified and insured Complementary Therapist specialising in muscular/skeletal pain. I provide a mobile therapy service, visiting patients in the comfort of their own home. I also provide workplace treatments and visit residential care homes. Primarily I use Dorn Method and Breuss Massage to treat common skeletal problems such as Sciatica, Scoliosis, whiplash and other spinal complaints. Resently I have also started teaching Dorn Method locally.

Da ich kürzlich nach Deutschland gezogen bin, bin ich nun in der Lage, Menschen mit starken Muskel-/Skelettschmerzen Hilfe anzubieten.

Seit 2008 wende ich die Dorn-Methode und die Breuss-Massage an, um Menschen zu helfen, die unter Schmerzen im unteren Rücken, Ischias, Schmerzen im oberen Rücken, Schulter- und Nackenschmerzen, Kopfschmerzen und anderen Beschwerden leiden.

Welcome to Hands-On Holistics. My name is Mark Stevens and I am a fully qualified and insured Complementary Therapist, and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I offer a unique mobile therapy service, specializing in muscular and skeletal problems and disorders. In the comfort of your own home I can successfully diagnose and treat such things as Sciatica, curvatures of the spine, back pain, shoulder and neck problems, plus relieve headaches and muscle tension.

The therapies I use ( DORN Method, Breuss Massage and Deep Tissue Massage) are safe, pain-free and promote long-lasting relief from pain, and promote good health.

I also offer accredited training in Dorn Method and Breuss Massage.
