One month has already passed since I completed my 300h YTT in Rishikesh, and I’m so excited to be back teaching in Berlin at .berlin next week 🤸

June — Ashtanga United training in London
July — asanas & travels in Italy, Barcelona, Toulouse and Lyon
August — asanas in Italy, Greece & Evolve Festival
September — full-time teaching + Ada Awakening Festival, Montenegro
October — full-time teaching in Berlin
November — 300h YTT in Rishikesh 🇮🇳
December — resting in Italy 🤍

Here’s to a 2026 full of yogic (and not only) surprises ✨

To complete this 300-hour YTT I went through difficult and expensive departures, unpredictable mood shifts, anxiety, frustration, hesitation, fear, and indecision.
But also so much beauty — meaningful connections with humans, animals, nature, food and most of all, with myself.
