ℹ️ JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for all front office and receptionist activities, both in a team and independently. The employee greets patients in a professional, informative, and above all caring and pleasant manner, and is responsible for everything that our patients might need to support the therapists in providing the best physical therapy experience possible. This includes scheduling patients, answering phones and e-mails, collecting money, providing insurance information (limited), etc. In addition, the employee is responsible to keep patient records updated, reviewed, and organized in accordance with German patient privacy regulations.
🗒️ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work quickly, under pressure, and multi-task in a friendly, professional manner
· Proficient in written and spoken English
· Proficient in written and spoken German (optional)
· Computer skills to include, but not limited to: MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
· Typing skills at a minimum of 40 wpm
