To better serve you, our Base Operational Medicine Clinic (BOMC) & Medical Standards Management Element (MSME) are updating customer service hours:

✈️ New Hours: Monday–Friday, 0900–1300
✈️ Closed during MDG Training Days & federal holidays

✅ During these hours, our teams are available for walk-ins & phone calls.
✅ Outside of these hours, we’ll be hard at work processing your requests so we can deliver the care you need.

💻 Pro tip: Start with your myIMR page! That’s where the “magic” begins for SHPEs, clearances (AF422s, special duties, overseas), profiles, & flying class physical requests. Make sure you’ve uploaded all supporting documents so we can move your request forward quickly.

DS Logon Access Issue? Check Your DEERS Contact Info!

You may experience issues creating a DS Logon or accessing the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal if your phone number is in the incorrect format, or if your DEERS profile lacks an email address.

Here's how to verify and fix it!
1. Visit ID Card Office Online (IDCO) and click “My Profile” to view your DEERS details.
2. If you're using a German number, make sure it's formatted as 49#########X, without a leading zero (For example: 491234567890 not 0491234567890.)

Why this matters:
• Correct formatting ensures you receive your verification PIN via text or call promptly when logging in.
• Having a valid email address in DEERS helps with password recovery and important portal communications.

Need help updating your information?
• Log into the IDCO portal and update your phone number and email under “Contact Information”.
• If changes don’t reflect within 96 hours, contact DEERS directly at 800-538-9552 (US) or the local support number provided in the portal.
• For assistance with multi-factor authentication or login issues, call 1-800-368-3665 (CEST: 2 pm–2 am).
• MHS Genesis help? 1-800-600-9332 or 0800-1011129 from a German number
