This year, across EMEA, we proudly celebrated our awesome colleagues who have spent 15, 20, and even 25+ years shaping who we are today as a company! 💚

The first day that feels both distant and vivid, projects that changed the course, friendships that became part of life, moments of pride and, yes, the difficult ones that also shaped the way further and made the connections tighter. We are grateful that you chose to share this journey with ! ✨

Last week, we had our third ✨ session at the European HQ, bringing together female colleagues from different teams and backgrounds. For two days, we had a chance to sit together and share an honest conversation about our career paths, personal challenges and learnings, the realities women face at work, and the small everyday choices that shape leadership.

What began as a magazine has now grown into something much bigger – a true community. With each session, it becomes stronger, more diverse, and more deeply rooted in who we are as a company. We’ve just wrapped up an inspiring and energizing three-day European HR Conference in 🇩🇰 Copenhagen.

Bringing together 60 passionate HR professionals from across Europe, alongside special guests from the 🇺🇸 US and our 🇯🇵 Tokyo headquarters, this event truly celebrated People and Culture as the core of Fujifilm’s HR mission.

Over the course of three days, we dived deep into some of the most exciting and relevant topics shaping the future of . From an interactive workshop on to strategic discussions on HR’s evolving role in business alignment - every session sparked fresh ideas and new perspectives. Our +Story live panel put real voices and experiences front and center, reminding us of the power of storytelling to learn from each other, build connection, and drive change.

And let’s not forget the great fun and fantastic networking that brought us all closer together! 💚 Huge thanks to everyone who made this event a success and to all the incredible people making a difference in our HR teams across Europe and beyond.

2025 has officially wrapped up! 🙌 Our Fujifilm Electronic Materials teams spent the whole week at Messe München catching up with partners, making new connections, and representing our latest developments.

What does leadership mean to you? 💬 , , , , or simply ? Last week, our teams concluded the 💡 training – an impactful 8-month program designed to strengthen leadership at every level and help lead with purpose, not just by doing but by being. Over the duration of the program, we learned a great deal by exchanging stories and experiences with each other across teams and regions.

We explored how to set goals and delegate effectively, navigate change, invest energy where it truly matters – in people, and also benefitted from personal coaching and 360° feedback.

I have been fortunate to work with several leaders who demonstrated humility, clarity, and a strong ability to communicate while valuing people as individuals. They're bringing something we're really proud of – the broad portfolio of semiconductor materials that works as a true one-stop solution making life easier for our customers. We'll also share a small-but-big milestone: while already operating five manufacturing plants across Europe, we're expanding our capacity in Belgium - to stay close, react fast, and support local demand with local supply.

Happy 15th anniversary to our EMEA CC family! 🎉 This October, we marked a milestone in Milan, wrapping up our 15th annual meeting with teams from all corners of EMEA. Each year, we come together to share ideas and best practices, learn from each other, align on future plans, and laugh more than we probably should during serious sessions.

Everyone brings their authentic selves, and somehow, it all fits together into something bigger. That’s what makes this group so strong – the way we support and challenge each other in equal measure.
