Candace discovered yoga in 2008 as a means to self heal on a physical, mental and emotional level. As a dancer during childhood, she had developed an early love for expressing herself through movement. However, it was not until she experienced Yoga that she was able to find the same kind of freedom and movement in a meditative art form. The practice also became the best therapy to address the bodily stress from her daily job as a healthcare practitioner and to help deal with the daily challenges of life. In 2012, Candace left her home in California to embark on a new life journey all the way across the world to Germany, where she continues to teach and practice Yoga. Her classes provide a playground for self-discovery and awareness. Candace encourages students to move from a place of self-love, honesty and focus, while incorporating lightheartedness into her teaching style. She creates a safe and accessible practice for all students, with particular focus on physical alignment. Candace is committed not only to helping students learn more about their bodies, but to realize that they have the tools and power within themselves to live a more fulfilled, balanced and beautiful life. A 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), Candace is honored to have completed teacher trainings through The Mount Madonna Center in California and with world-renowned teachers Jason Crandell, Maty Ezraty, Noah Maze and Stephanie Snyder. Additionally, she is certified in Pre/Postnatal Yoga through Jane Austin and Aerial Yoga through The Yoga Studio in Campbell, California. Candace’s background includes a broad range of yoga styles such as Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar, and various Vinyasa styles. When not on the mat, Candace enjoys the outdoors and loves spending time with her husband and daughter, who continue to inspire her every day.

Remember our humanity 🤍
It is a lot lately to handle and to witness. Perhaps you like me, also feel helpless and at times overwhelmed. But this is the least I can do. Every little thing counts, both big and small. It can start from 5€. It can be prayers and thoughts.
My children and I will make an alter this week to remember all the innocent lives lost. I will educate my children so that our next generation will do better.
Can’t come to class? Then please donate directly. Want do donate more than class this week? 100% of all extra donations will be collected and sent together with our Spendewoche.

SAVE THE DATE: am 20.05. ist es soweit, Pilates kommt in The Yoga Nest

Pilatestrainerin Jil leitet dich durch einen kräftigenden und achtsamen Pilatesflow - perfekt um die Pilatesmethode näher kennenzulernen, aber auch wenn du schon Pilateserfahrung hast.

Pilates ist ein ganzheitliches Workout.
Körper, Geist und Seele werden dank kontrollierter Bewegungen und der speziellen Pilatesatmung in Einklang gebracht. Die Tiefenmuskulatur wird angesprochen und das Powerhouse (die Körpermitte) gestärkt.

Anschließend gibt es ein kleines Brunchbuffet mit veganen Optionen und Zeit zum quatschen.

Perfekt um die Woche hinter sich zu lassen und voller Energie ins Wochenende zu starten.

Einlass: 9:30 Uhr
Start: 9:45 Uhr 60 min Pilates (all Levels)
Brunch: 11:00 Uhr
Ende: 12:00 Uhr

Hallo Walldorf und Umgebung! Von nun an werden alle Kurse in Walldorf stattfinden. Danke Rauenberg für die wunderbaren 3 gemeinsamen Jahre. Ich bin so dankbar für sie.

Ab Dienstag den 26.4 haben wir ein extra Aerial Yogakurs.

Im Moment ist Mama Baby Yoga und Schwangerschaftsyoga ausgebucht. Ab Juli starten wir die nächste Kurse.

Thank you for all of you showing up this past Sunday! ☀️ Klaus Hasse You all make this feel like home. And it’s a blessing to have each other’s support and know that we are breathing together and perhaps all searching for the same thing.

Our next weekend event is on Saturday 22.4 10-12 Uhr. With Jasmin and I. Yoga twists, tea and cookies.
