You are warmly invited to this heart-led community care event. Within an intentional, kind and grounding circle we will practice mindful and embodied exercises, then share the food and drink we all contributed.

Once again, we will pool resources to directly support displaced people in Sudan and to sustain reSource.
Sliding scale is suggested, no one is turned away. Please bring a drink, snack or dish to share, plant-based if possible.

All are welcome, please register in advance by 4 pm 6.10 so we can prepare.
