💙 We are honored to introduce our guest blogger Robyn from You know what I can't stand, where she bravely delves into the critical topic of Mental Health Awareness.

Robyn was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy limb girdle 2b when she was 21 years old. It took her 4 years to get to diagnosis due to lack of knowledge, doctors not listening, and funding for certain tests in the UK. Robyn volunteered as a youth worker for several years until it was closed and now she home-educates her daughter and uses artwork to help her mental health.

Anyone identifying as disabled, including those with chronic illnesses & mental health conditions, can be nominated. Nominations close on May 20, 2024. Tag your nominees and nominate them -

Nominations are now open for our fifth annual D-30 Disability Impact List, the global list honoring 30 disabled leaders in the community making a difference! Link in bio and story!

Anyone who identifies as disabled is eligible to be nominated (including chronic illnesses & mental health conditions) and nominators do not need to identify as disabled. To celebrate the spirit of community and interdependence, self-nominations are not accepted.
