DORI -  Sports & Health Sporttherapie, Rektusdiastase Rehabilitation, Fitness classes and Personal Training for women, postnatal and beyond.

I am postnatal trained and prescribe exercises that will help you adapt to the new challenges of motherhood and help you become a fitter you. Kettlebell classes are ladies only classes (no kids allowed) and you have to be at least 6-months postnatal and fully recovered to join. Kettlebell is really good for toning, strengthening your core, and getting stronger in general.

Our Story

DR Sports and Health offers Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Online Training, Holistic Core Restore® and Sports massage for women. I am a mum of three myself and know the challenges of making room for exercises and self care while taking care of your kids. I have 11 years of experience in the field of exercise and have specialised in Women's Health in the last 2,5 years. My classes and sessions are personal and very friendly. Don’t be shy and book in for an assessment and to start your individual fitness journey.
