Feeling a lot of pressure can be uncomfortable.
Good news: if it's about us - we can learn to handle it.

Step 1: Welcome pressure as a part of your growth.
- Acknowledge the fact, that you are in a situation, that you're perceiving as difficult.

Step 2: Own YOUR pressure.
- Yes, it's yours. Yes, use it. It wants to make you a better athlete. That's why it's there in the first place.
___________________________
Then: There is NO NEED AT ALL to figure out if you're good enough or not.
- You'll discover everything you need during the process. Focus on what is important NOW.

Ultimately: Ask yourself
- How can I experience as much joy as possible in this situation?

notice the clouds

brush your teeth with your left hand
________________
observe the trees around you
________________
just listen without judging or name what you listen for two minutes

Often it's not about the long meditation sessions but about the little things instead.

For sure it feels good and makes you feel self-secure for a bit of time - but honestly, we need to find out, sooner or later, who we are without all of that.
