We live in a world of health care professionals relating most issues to us getting older
Is that correct? Personally, I have less pain and feel better at 40 years old than I did at 35
The body is consistently regenerating itself and fixing what is broken down.
I would argue that is evidence that suggests lifestyle has tons to do with our chronic pain. Learning how to move better, lift correctly, and take care of the wear and tear on our body might be the secret

20+ years helping people eliminate their pain and it never gets boring.
I met last year and had the opportunity this year to delete his shoulder pain from his life. Some people are shocked that I want to work on my vacation, but I am always more surprised people box their passions into office hours.
That mindset would have prevented me from meeting a new friend (three actually because his son and wife are just as amazing as Luis) and the chance to show someone that eliminating shoulder pain is easy AF 😏
This message and friendship came after a horrible phone call that my dog and travel partner of 13.5 years choked and died on the way to help. Luis’s kindness and his sons big hug really came at the right time
Life itself is an amazing gift and I will miss an opportunity to help someone live it without chronic pain

🔥 Working Smarter got Vivianne Better results in 2 Months than one decade
Viviene was bouncing between multiple medical professionals and was not getting any answers. Britain's health care system is free - but often slow, generic, and full of people doing their "job."

Hip Pain SUCKS 😤
Hip Pain and Lower Back Pain are not fun - especially when your lower back pain affects your sleep. The good news is that it's simple to fix, and eliminating your lower back pain or hip pain is something you can do without the need of doctors, physical therapists, medicine, surgery, or Jesus himself.
Start by sitting on the floor and recognizing which foot you set in front. Now try the other and see if it feels different. Chances are you just discovered one of the major culprits to your lower back pain (or hip pain.)
Your body does not like when things are uneven. I often speak about the Team Navy Seals vs. Team Toddler Tug of War competition, wreaking havoc on your body. Your painful evenings, which force you to find the pain medications at 2 am magically disappear once you begin to see and address these issues.
Sit in this position 5-10 minutes daily (or longer) and see how you feel afterward. This test is great to learn how and when you should do the stretch, and the answer will present itself when you finish and feel amazing. Every time you want to feel great and not have the lower back pain or hip pain bother you, do the stretch. Try it before you sleep, after you wake up, and during your lunch break to give your day a pain-free boost!
Your resting state should be Healthy, Happy, and Strong. If not, something is wrong and chances are it is NOT HARD TO FIX!

FROM DEPRESSION & ADHD TO BULL'S BALLS AND PREGNANCY SUPPLEMENTS 🤣
From a young age, I was diagnosed with depression and ADHD. Traditional medicine told me that my brain was broken, and luckily they had medication that would help. Sadly, their protocol suggested nothing about lifestyle and nutritional change, just medicine I would need daily for the rest of my life.
It was not until much later in life that I stumbled upon "The Paleo Solution" by . My sister's husband (a tech guy) suggested checking it out regarding my constant "brain fog." Before reading one page, I did a small test. I went to my mother's fridge and ate anything that struck me as something a "caveman" would eat. Cold turkey, carrots, seeds, and cheese (ok, I cheated a little) were an interesting combination.
I was currently in a "food coma" from the food at a local restaurant. Thirty minutes after my strange combination of food, a clarity came over me that I will never forget. Just like that, my food coma was gone. This clarity was the first time I achieved this by knowing what caused it. It would come and sometimes before, but I didn't understand WHY it happened. From that moment on, I knew EXACTLY how I would eat.

The Test & Retest Method:
Einstein was not wrong when he said the definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. You have tried many different approaches/methods to alleviate your lower back pain. However, the kink in your back, the twinge you feel with the wrong movement, or the tension that just never goes away is still a constant problem. It is not your fault! You are in a system that keeps you in the pain cycle hamster wheel. It is profitable/great for the economy but TERRIBLE FOR YOU! You have become the means to a broken system’s end! The test and restest method will give you the WHY behind what you are doing. Learn this, and you will know when to pivot to a new exercise, mobility drill, stretch, and persevere, trusting the results will come soon.
The Wounded Dog in the Woods Theory
Your body has become a wounded dog in the woods. The tension, tightness, flair-ups, general confusion, bad advice, and fear have taken their toll on your body and nervous system.  IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT that your body is confused.  It has become afraid of everything.  Like a wounded dog in the woods, your body is scared of something that might help it. When you begin to approach your body with love and empathy,  your world will begin to change.  Your body learns to relax and trust that you are there to help. When this happens, the constant aches and pains, the sleepless nights, and terrible mornings will be nothing more than a distant memory. You will no longer be the wounded dog in the woods. You are pain-free, enjoying life, and doing all of the activities you once thought were only a dream.
