We’ll start with a gentle Vinyasa flow led by .rie Lisa, inviting the body to move, release tension, and gently build energy. It’s a grounding, feel-good practice that helps you arrive fully and create space for what comes next.

From there, Charlotte will guide a 45-minute breathwork session, offering a chance to drop inward, quiet the mind, and access a clearer, more connected state.

Expect to leave feeling lighter, more centred, and deeply refreshed.

Dear Yogis,

As the Holiday Season approaches and we prepare to celebrate with our loved ones, we want to give back to our sisters, brothers and children who are living through hardship due to war, poverty or climate change (or a combination of all three).

On Friday 12th at 12pm we’re offering a Donation Class to benefit Doctors Without Borders and The Lemon Tree Collective

The class is FREE for everybody to attend, but we ask you to contribute with a small donation. Any amount is welcome and we celebrate your generosity!

Bring a friend..or two or three! And let’s begin this festive time of the year by showing up for each other, near and far.

Viele denken: Selbstliebe ist egoistisch.

Oder: „Ich kann mich doch nicht lieben – ich habe zu viele Fehler, zu viele Macken.“
Bingo – genau darum geht es nicht.

Wer den Mut haben will, zu wachsen und sich zu verändern, braucht die Fähigkeit, sich selbst zu lieben –trotz und gerade wegen der eigenen Unvollkommenheit.

Selbstliebe ist das Versprechen, mit sich selbst in Verbindung zu bleiben, sich respektvoll zu behandeln – in guten wie in schlechten Zeiten.
So, wie wir es in einem Eheversprechen tun.
Es geht nicht darum, sich ständig großartig zu finden oder perfekt zu performen, sondern um eine grundlegende Beziehung zu sich selbst –
eine, die auf Güte und Mitgefühl basiert, nicht auf Abwertung oder Selbsthass.

🇬🇧 Many people think self-love is selfish.

Or they say: “I can’t love myself – I have too many flaws, made too many mistakes.”
Bingo – that’s exactly what self-love is not about.

To have the courage to grow and change, you need the ability to love yourself – not despite, but because of your imperfections.

Self-love is a promise to stay connected with yourself,
to treat yourself with respect and kindness – in good times and in bad, just like in a marriage vow.

It’s not about always feeling amazing or performing perfectly. It’s about building a relationship with yourself – one based on compassion instead of criticism,
on kindness instead of self-judgment.

Before you can regulate your emotions you have to accept your emotions.

The acceptance lays a foundation for exploration and creativity. It all works best when the body moves in and out of asana, moving and changing the currents of emotions.

This way of being takes awareness, curiosity and a willingness to always act from a place of love. Make your lives experiences taste, feel, sound and look better.

Endlich tut es nicht mehr weh!

Eltern, die dich nie wirklich verstanden haben. Ein Chef, der dich ungerecht behandelt hat. Oder du selbst – wenn du dich immer wieder abwertest und lieblos behandelst. Diese Erfahrungen hinterlassen Wunden.

Wir tragen Wut, Traurigkeit und Schuld mit uns herum –
und verletzen uns damit immer wieder selbst.

Wie können wir diese Wunden heilen?

Indem wir den Schmerz loslassen und die emotionale Last zurückgeben. Das ist der Kern von Vergebung.

Parents who never really understood you. A boss who treated you unfairly. Or yourself—when you repeatedly devalue and treat yourself unkindly. These experiences leave wounds.

We carry anger, sadness, and guilt around with us—
and hurt ourselves over and over again.

How can we heal these wounds?

By letting go of the pain and giving back the emotional burden. That is the core of forgiveness.

How can we care for ourselves while we’re caring for so much else? How do we stay grounded when life pulls us in all kinds of directions?

Life can be challenging. We experience loss, breakups, illness, grief. Work demands so much of our time and energy, but we also want to meet the expectations of family and friends. How can we navigate these challenges, be they large or small, in a healthy way — without breaking under the pressure?

, psychologist and journalist, will take you on a personal exploration of these questions in her coaching sessions — not just theoretically, but through a real-life story that invites reflection and insight.

Afterwards, we’ll take what we’ve explored intellectually in the yoga practice, we will embody the insight we gained and integrate it with our somatic intelligence.

Three Saturday evenings where coaching and yoga come together. Three evenings to show you how mental clarity and physical practice can work together and support each other — all while fostering calm, strength and inner balance.
