Today marks the 10-year anniversary of the studio and I can’t put into words how grateful I am for each and every one of you! ❤️
Over the years, I’ve learned so much from all of you – through the ups and the downs – and you’ve shaped the studio into what it is today!

It’s truly a joy to work with a team of such unique and talented trainers. Together, we make each other better every single day - wouldn’t be the same without them 🧡

I’m excited for the next 10 years, full of new experiences, challenges, and memories we’ll create together. 🫶🏾✨

Registration is open for ELDOA level 3 coming up in October. This course covers the articulations of the ribs to the spine + sternum, the hip and the shoulder complex. The course and manual will be available in both English and German. Assisted by Amanda Diatta

So proud of my client 🙃 she just startet with a year ago. Coming in for privates once or twice a week. It’s been 35+ years since she last did handstands - being upside down and actually standing on her hands today is a huge achievement 🙌🏾 especially when you didn’t believe that this is still possible!!!

ELDOA training will be taking place for the first time in both German + English. will be teaching in English and .diatta will be translating into German.

In addition to learning exercises to target each intervertebral level of the spine, we will explore classic spine anatomy + biomechanics, tensegrity biomechanics + relational anatomy, complexity theory, the history of Dr. Guy VOYER + ELDOA and how to use factors of progression and the lemniscate.

For the exercise portion of the course, we will "learn by doing" and you will be challenged to think about the organization and movement of the body in new ways. It's hard, but fun and rewarding 💕

The theory portion of the course will take place online, the practical will take place in person in Berlin.

About last weekend…
Thank you & for putting together this course !!! We had a blast in figuring out all these stretches and being creative with a great and funny group of talented teachers 😂 feeling pretty bendy now and can’t wait to integrate this in our work! Love to always be a student and nurture my brain with more knowledge in all kinds of ways!
